For the month of August we have chosen our employees of the month at each site.

Acacia

 

Jackie Davis has been nominated for being so compassionate with the students. Jackie always has a positive attitude towards her work and helps Acacia Middle school so much with her handy woman skills. She always goes out of her way to help others, She is appreciated in everything she does for the after school program.
 
Bautista Creek
 

Erick Zavala has been chosen for Baustia Creek Elementary School. Erick started the year off with a go-getter attitude. He was excited to implement new ideas, clubs, and club live! He has excellent classroom management and works well with all students and staff. He arrives early to prep and stays late to help close up. He recently was second in charge and handled it naturally.

 
Cawston
Gina Enriquez has been chosen for Cawston Elementary School. Gina is in charge of Kinder and has done an exceptional job of creating fun and engaging activities for the little ones. Gina is punctual, dependable, flexible, and is always ready for any new challenges. She has started the new school year on FIRE which makes us proud of her new leadership and willingness to help others. Gina has gone above and beyond her work duties, with her clubs, lessons plans, and making connections with the children in S.A.F.E.. Thank you so much Gina for all you do for our after school program. You are very much appreciated.
 
Cottonwood K-8
Roxana Urias has been chosen for Cottonwood K-8 School. Roxana is new to Cottonwood and has already proven to be a valuable addition to our team.  She has stepped up to help cover other sites, she has arrived early and eager to start the day.  She is always willing to help out wherever there is a need with a smile on her face. Cottonwood is truly grateful to have her as a part of their team!
 
 
 
Dartmouth
Moncerra Sotelo has been chosen for Dartmouth Middle School. Moncerra has taken on Club Live like a champ! She is more than deserving of such an honor to be nominated as employee of the month. She took this new club on like a pro and did so with such grace. Moncerra has truly been a blessing to our family here at Dartmouth. Moncerra is also recognized for her contagious humor!
 
Fruitvale
Kiana Bolden has been chosen for Fruitvale Elementary School. Kiana has been an amazing addition to the Fruitvale team and is so patient with the children. She puts forth the effort in making the relationships wtih the students and is always cool, calm, and collected when talking to them. Kiana keeps her areas clean, she keeps the kids on track, and takes any advice that she is given and applies it! She always has a positive attitude at work and is a pleasure to be around! Thank you Kiana for all of your hard work that you put in the make the after school program memorable and fun for our students.
 
Hamilton K-8
Shannon McCalister has been chosen for Hamilton K-8 School. Shannon McCalister is extraordinary, compassionate, and dedicated to our children. She anticipates the needs of our entire program; from students to staff needs. Shannon often spends her personal time on researching and preparing activities for the children.  Shannon demonstrates our mission by providing a safe and loving environment for our students. I am pleased to see Shannon communicating effectively between teachers and parents to ensure we are all here to support our students. Her enthusiasm and willingness to provide our students with enrichment is inspiring. When her students (TK-1st) recite the chant, "Respect Me, Respect You, Respect the School, Respect the Rules," all together in harmony Hamilton K-8 School is proud to have her with their team.
 
"Ms. Christy, Ms. Katie, Ms. Maryann are the paper and Ms. Shannon is the glue that holds 'us' together, it's just not the same when one of them is missing." - 4th grade student.
 
Harmony
Mariah Price has been chosen for Harmony Elementary School. Mariah is new to Harmony and has been an excellent asset to have on the team. She is always on time and gets right to work. The students at Harmony love her art club and her great ideas for the after school program.  Mariah always has a positive attitude with a smile on her face. S.A.F.E.

Hemet Elementary
Nicole Brooks has been chosen at Hemet Elementary School. Nicole Brooks has GREAT ideas and is very supportive! The students love her because she truly cares for them. Her activities and clubs are so organized, creative, fun, and always engage all students. Nicole really looks out for the well being of others, she never hesitates. Nicole goes above and beyond! Thank you Nicole for all you do for the S.A.F.E. after school program.
 
Idyllwild
Alexis Sinclair has been chosen at Idyllwild K-8 School. Alexis is second in charge and has come this year prepared with a positive mindset. She is encouraging students on the importance of a positive attitude at school and in the S.A.F.E. after school program. Alexis has exciting and creative activities for the children this year and we are excited to start implementing them. Thank you Alexis for being part of the Idyllwild S.A.F.E. Staff!
 
Jacob Wiens
Alexis Saldivar has been chosen for Jacob Wiens Elementary School. Alexis goes above and beyond with her students. She has improved in her classroom management and her class is always doing things together. Her class is very engaged in the activities she plans for them each day. She comes in early, sets up and uses her prep time to her advantage. It is great to see her grow and become a strong Classroom Activity Specialist with her students. Thank you Alexis for all that you do for the S.A.F.E. After School Program.

McSweeny
Susan Ronchetti has been chosen for McSweeny Elementary School. Susan has taken on the year with a smile and a "look up" mentality. She is our champion for FNL and has gotten the students involved right right away. She is getting the students to work as C.H.A.M.P.S. by encouraging them to believe in themselves and being prepared/ready for upcoming events. Susan has also taken on the goal of Engineering club and keeping the students excited for upcoming events and plans. She is well deserving of these honors and keeps our program looking premiere! Thank you for all you do for the S.A.F.E. after school program!

Ramona
Frances Lopez has been chosen for Ramona Elementary School. Frances is an asset for Ramona in more ways than one. Frances goes above and beyond when it comes to new employees to make them feel welcome and understanding of what needs to be done. Frances manages not only her class but has also helped out during the first weeks of program to have the newest Classroom Activity Specialist follow/shadow her. Frances has also helped her when it comes to building her schedule and showing her the ropes during the first week rush. Thank you Frances for all that you do for the S.A.F.E. after school program, you are very much appreciated.
 
Rancho Viejo
Karen Rustan has been chosen for Rancho Viejo Middle School. Karen has helped in so many ways including supper and signout sheets for the S.A.F.E. program. She is always willing to do any task that is asked without hesitation. She is very understanding with the students and is always able to listen to them for input or about how their day or week has gone.

Valle Vista
Tina Fiedler has been chosen for Valle Vista Elementary School. Tina has been with the Valle Vista team for many years and has always gone above and beyond for the S.A.F.E. program at Valle Vista. This past month she really has helped a lot in getting stuff ready and prepared. With the little time that is given this helps tremendously. Thank you Tina for all that you do for the S.A.F.E. after school program starting us off on a great note!
 
Whittier
Jamie Compos has been chosen for Whittier Elementary School. Jamie has been essential for S.A.F.E. to get started on a great start of the year. She comes in early and is usually the last Classroom Activity Specialist to leave at the end of the day. She does a great job in handling Kindergarten and 1st grade classes. She anticipates what is needed to be done and gets it done.

Winchester
Jordan Ruiz has been chosen for Winchester Elementary School. Jordan stays late to help at the end of the day. He has been motivated to help increase attendance at the S.A.F.E. after school program and has been an asset in planning activities for this year and for the students attending the program in his class.
